5 duplex apartments, located at Gracia neighbourhood. Each apartment have 2 bedrooms, with 2 single beds at each + double sofa/bed at the living room ( up to 6 people at each apartment) . Metro station Joanic, yellow line. Close to La Sagrada Familia, Parque Güell, 10 min from downtown and 15 min from the beach by subway ( the yellow line is the one that takes you stright to the center or the beach) . 
 
The apartment have internet, and we provide towels and bed linen. For stays of 1 week or more, there´s one cleaning service including during the stay, with change of towels and linen.

    Normal rates 100€/night(1-2 people) + 20 €/night ( for each additional person) or 120€/night (1-2 people) + 20 €/night ( for each additional person) 3 to 9 years old: 10€/night Under 3 years no charges In order to book any of the apartments, you´ll have to send us a 20% payment of the total amount, thru credit card or bank transfer. The remaining lump have to be paid at the check in ( with cash or credit card ) Vivebarcelona SL doesn´t ask for cautions/security deposits. All the fees and taxes are included.No additional costs. For stays of 7 nights, we offer discounts from 20 % off and up All the properties are available for monthy rents. Special prices!!! Cancelations : the reservation payment ( the 20% of the total) would be returned if the guests notify us with at least 1 month before their arrival. otherwise, there are no refunds.
