The apartment is part of an emblematic and beautiful building (typical beginning of the century architecture) that has been renovated completely, creating 5 unique and brand new studio apartments, as well as an impressive penthouse on the top floor. The Ramblas studio 1 studio is one space of 40 m2 which is divided in 2 areas, the living room area and the slipping area. The Living room is wide and has a double sofa bed. The sleeping area is partially separated with a big wardrobe and has a queen size double bed. In total the apartment is meant to accommodate up to 4 persons. The Bathroom is large and very comfortable, completely separated and has a shower. There are 5 large windows, which allow plenty of direct sun light in. The apartment is very well equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, toaster, small fridge and cooking articles), plasma TV of 26?? with DVD-stereo system integrated in it, digital cable TV (TDT). There is also washing machine available. All the windows are sound proofed (special double glazing glass) creating a very quiet atmosphere. There is a central air condition and heat system in the apartment with an automatic programming system. It is 3rd floor; elevator is available in the building. Free internet wifi connection. Great quality-price relation, very recommended!
