In a ground floor with private garden, the apartment (80m2) is located in Calle del Sol, between the cultural & commercial zone and the beaches. 
Near to the sea, Paseo de Pereda and Puertochico, shops, bars, restaurants, parking, etc… 
Easy access with a car.  
 
The apartment is composed of an large living room, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 individual beds), a bathroom and a kitchen totally equipped. The best thing is the private garden that surrounds the apartment! The apartment has all that you need for a very pleasant stay. 
 
The apartment is given in perfect conditions, linen and towels are provided.

    To confirm the reservation, you have to pay 20 % in advance. Booking is confirmed when the funds are received in the bank account. On your arrival day we will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and sign the rent contract. Rest of the money (rest of the rent + guarantee) will be given on your arrival day, after the contract signature. The guarantee shall be returned to you on departure, when you return the keys and if there are no damages. Payment shall be by cash. The handing-over of the keys is done the day of the arrival at midday (15h-16h00), or in the evening (19h-22h00) and the apartment must be released before 12h00 the day of the departure.
