The lounge and kitchen are fully fitted to ensure a relaxing holiday. Outside, beside the pool, is a large sun terrace with recliners, covered patio with table & seating for 6 and barbecue to allow outdoor dining in the year-round sunshine of Fuerteventura. The villa and pool are cleaned weekly and all towels and bed linen are provided except beach towels- please provide your own.

Recently built villa situated in quiet location,100 m from beach, restaurants and shops, short walk to town centre. Fully fitted with all mod cons, 2 bathrooms, double bedroom, 2 x single beds in room 2 with sea view terrace, bed settee in lounge for 2 additional persons. Both bedrooms have celing fans. Rental rate includes all utilities, cleaning, towels & bedding. There is a large patio area, partly covered, with private pool, sunbathing area with 4 recliners, patio table seating 6 and barbecue. Inside there is a dining area with table + 6 chairs, lounge seating for 6, satellite TV, DVD and CD. The kitchen has cooker, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Low Season Price : £360
High Season Price : £400 per Week
To confirm a reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental cost payable by sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank or by bank transfer directly into our account. The balance of the rental cost is due on or before 4 weeks prior to arrival.
