The Compostela Beach Complex is Situated on a elbow of land on the border of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, and has a 3 Key Status. The Playa Las Vistas Beach is by the side of the Complex. The complex has a large fresh water swimming pool with a smaller separate Child's Pool, Two Restaurants, Snack-Bar &
2 Supermarkets. The access to the beach of "Playa Las Vistas Beach" is beside the complex and also less than 100 meters away we have another two beaches. It is the Prefect Complex, so that our clients can enjoy a deserved rest.
There are many nice shopping centres all within the local vicinity and the new Oasis Shopping Precinct is just across the Road, In addition to the many bars and restaurants locally, there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets all on site. The seafront walkway and general area is wheelchair friendly & with Playa Las Vistas Beach just yards away.
The Las Vistas beach stretches along the Sea Front promenade that serves as a link between Playa de Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. The Views of the beach is one of the most renowned in Tenerife and Famous for the quality of its water, its breadth and benefits. It is very frequented by visitors and residents. Undoubtedly characterized by their size, being one of the longest on the island. It is a beach suitable
for all types of bathers, where young and old will have an unforgettable day.
For several consecutive years, this beach has been awarded the Blue Flag by the European Environmental Foundation (FEEE).

This Beautiful Villa in the Compostela Beach Complex, It has Four bedrooms with one of the Bedrooms has a alcove which is just right for a Cot / child's bed (which we can supply), also the top Bedroom has a En-suite Bathroom, The Villa also has Two other Bathrooms, The Compostela Beach Complex is set between Los Cristianos & Las Americas, in the South of Tenerife.
The Villa can sleep 10 persons in beds, The huge lounge has a TV with British TV (BBC1 & 2, ITV & Ch4) a DVD. The Villa has Ceiling Fans in the rooms.
A raised dining area & Kitchenette with a washing machine and all necessary requirements, i.e. iron, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, etc.
A walled garden with tropical plants surround a Paved area, with Sun Lounges, Table and Chairs.

Low Season Price : £675
High Season Price : £775 per Week

Booking Deposit and Balance
For bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival, a Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) for the Deposit of (£100 per Week for the Apartments and £150 per Week for the Villa’s) or (30% of the Full Cost) Which is Greater, should be sent to us,along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Upon receipt of this, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.
You will receive the invoice for the Remainder of the Balance & a Payment Plan if requested.
This final balance should be settled in full by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) by the due date.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking when payment is not received by the due date.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the total amount is due immediately & should be sent to us,along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Confirmation of payment will be sent by return.
