Fully refurbished 2 Bedroom apartment on a quiet privately owned complex with private sun terrace, balcony and BBQ area. 2 Double bedrooms, both with large fitted wardrobes with air conditioning units; the main bedroom has a dressing table with stool. Large bathroom with a double vanity unit and large mirror compliments this newly decorated bathroom. South facing balcony with privacy to sit in the wonderful Spanish sun, with views of hills and sea in the background. Reclining chairs with cushions make the balcony an ideal place to relax after a long day. Complex located within easy reach of beach, restaurants, and bars, but far enough away not to be affected. Torviscas beach has a variety of water sports available with lifeguards patrolling the beach. Aqua Park and Sky Park and Go-karting close by. Supermarket on site. A few minutes walk from the apartment is a newly built complex which includes a 7 screen cinema, a large supermarket, a good choice of restaurants (including Hollywood's) and numerous shops, cafes and bars.

Bath towels, tea towels and bed linen changed weekly. Well-equipped kitchen, which includes: Washing Machine, Breakfast bar with chairs, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and fridge with icebox. Smoke Alarm and Fire Extinguisher also fitted. Hairdryer in main bedroom. There is a Safe in the main bedroom. 5th bed suitable for child up to the age of 10 years. Lounge area includes 2 x 2 seater sofas with DVD, Video player and mini-sound system. Occasional tables and lamps with access through patio doors onto balcony with sea views. There is a selection of videos and DVD's for young children. There is a cleaning and laundry service approximately 100 metres from the apartment. This apartment and complex is ideal for families and couples. We will not accept single sex group bookings.

The bustling town of Torviscas has a large choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Further afield Los Cristianos and Playa de al Americas are approximately a 10 minute bus ride. There are trips from the port at Los Cristianos to islands in the area with whale and dolphin safaris and deep sea fishing. There are also four, 18 hole golf courses near by, each within a 10 minute car/taxi ride. Local markets (Thursday and Sunday's). Excellent local spanish restaurants 10 minutes by taxi in Mountains (well worth a visit!). Further afield are Mount Teide and the Las Canadas national park. In the main northern resort of Puerto de la Cruz you will find the magnificent Loro Parque which comprises of botanical gardens, the biggest iceberg with the most beautiful population of penguins outside of the Antarctia; the biggest dolphinarium of Europe with an incomparable dolphin show.

Rates quoted are based on four people sharing the apartment. Additional people incur an extra charge of £10.00 per person per week for cleaning and linen. £100 per week booking/damage deposit is required at time of booking to cover breakages and keys, which is fully refundable upon return of keys. Balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. As most flights to Tenerife are on a Friday, the apartment is normally let Friday to Friday. However this is flexible and we are able to accommodate flights arriving on other days. The apartment is usually available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Subject to booking arrangements other times may occasionally be accommodated. Please note in the event of you cancelling the booking the deposit is non refundable. Keys to the apartment are sent by registered post 2 weeks before you are due to go, along with details of exactly where the apartment is located.
