Recently reurbished and extended, this studio has the advantage of having a separate sleeping area so you dont have to convert the sofa into a bed every night. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by sliding doors. The apartment is quite spacious for a studio and is comfortably furnished with a sofa, reclining chair, TV, DVD & CD player.
The apartment is rented as self catering and will be cleaned prior to guests arrival, linen and towels are included in the price and will be changed once a week. It is possible to have more changes but there will be a charge for this.

The newly opened Siam park is a short bus ride or a half hour walk away and is said to be the biggest theme park in Europe.

The tv receives 4 main U.K stations including beebs 1 & 2, ITV and channel four, we also receive 2 english speaking sports channels.
Guests can also take their own DVDs, CDs, or hire them locally, there is also a small collection in the apartment left by ourselves and oter guests. The apartment also has a small collection of paperbacks.

Low Season Price : £170
High Season Price : £195 per Week

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

The prices stated are for the apartment and not per person.

If more than two persons to occupy, then a further charge of £20 per person per week will be charged, this is to cover for extra towels, bed linen etc.

All bookings are subject to a £50 returnable deposit on top of the listed prices. Deposit will be returned by cheque after we receive the keys and our agents dont inform us of any breakages or damage.

A full refund will be given for any cancellation received within in eight weeks of intended departure date, after that we can only give a refund if we get another booking to fill those dates.
