The newly-completed development “Residencial Flora” is situated in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife-North) in the favoured residential area of “La Paz”, approximately 80 m above sea level, where there is a balanced climate. The Botanic Gardens are nearby. Just opened opposite the development is the brand new RIU-Hotel “Garoe”. The multi-national “Residencial Flora” consists of 47 Apartments and 9 self-contained houses, with a private ambience – no hotel or tourist trade. The small swimming pool may be used by all occupants, free of charge.
The corner apartment is 70 square metres on the first floor, giving all rooms, including the bathroom, daylight. The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher, leading to a small area containing the electric water heater and the washing machine. Coffee maker, toaster, mixer, etc. as well as plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans … are self evident. In the living room, there is a dining table with four chairs, a large couch (which can be converted to a bed), two armchairs and another table, a sideboard, the television with digital receiver and CD-player. The main bedroom is equipped with two beds and a large wardrobe aswell as the second, minor bedroom. If requested a (travel-) baby cot can also be made available. Bed-linen, table-clothes and towels are available. There is also a safe for all the important little things.
From the large (18 square metres), west-facing terrace, there is a south-facing mountain view towards Mount Teide (3.715 m), which in winter is mostly covered by snow, as well as a sea view towards the north.
In approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk one reaches within La Paz several supermarkets, restaurants, banks, physicians and a pharmacy, bus stop and a lot more. To the centre and to the beaches of Puerto de la Cruz it is 1 - 3 km.
Puerto de la Cruz is the tourist centre in the north of Tenerife and offers ideal possibilities for every vacationer. The black volcanic sandy beaches, the sea water swimming-pools, the Loro Parque (animal show) and the national park Las Cañadas del Teide (3.715 m highest mountain of Spain) are known internationally.
