The balcony of each 1 bedroom apartment with pool and sea views have sun for most of the day, and overlook the kidney shaped swimming pool. The studios and lower 1 bed apartments have a balcony with sea / mountain views. Each have two reclining sunloungers, along with a table, four chairs, and a fold out drying line. Each apartment has a mop, brush, bucket, etc for your use as necessary during stay. Within the apartment/studio they have the usual furnitures and fixtures and also the following items;

The kitchenette off the living room has an electric hob, refrigerator, sink, etc. and the usual range of kitchen appliances/gadgets, etc. A socket outlet of 13 Amp UK style is fitted, so no adaptors are needed for mobile phone chargers. Each apartment has a safe box and its key is either provided with door key or digital safe box in apartment for your use during your holiday. Bedroom and living room have ceiling fan/lights for comfort.

The apartments are very attractive providing all you need for your holiday. They have lovely sea and pool views and sun on the balcony until sunset. The pool is heated in "winter". There are ceiling fan/lights in the living room and bedroom for your comfort. Bathroom recently refurbished and includes shower over the bath. There are DVDs and CDs for your use while on holiday, hair dryer and tongs, iron and board while the balcony has table, chairs and sun loungers for you to enjoy the view. There is parking in the garage below the apartments but at cost (see reception). The complex has a coin operated washer/dryer in the garage area near reception as well as drying line on balcony. Internet access is from a station in reception area.

The area is lively enough with bars, shops and restaurants but can be as quiet as you want with lovely walkways and pedestrian paths so it is possible to walk along the coast to Los Cristianos. There is a choice of beaches offering usual water activities including banana boat rides, water skiing and paragliding. At Puerto Colon you can join the yachts going out to whale and dolphin watch or scuba diving. Trips to Mount Teide are available with coaches or hire a car to do it at your pace.
