Nice studio apartment with balcony and seaview for rent on Garden City - one of the most popular complexes on the island. 
 
Only a 5 mins walk to beach, 10 min walk to marina. Strip of bars and restaurants 2 min walk away. 
 
Apartment is a studio and sleeps 2 people very comfortably. It can accommodate 4 with a sofa bed. Modern bathroom, kitchen (with breakfast bar) and main lounge/bedroom. Balcony with seaviews. Very clean. UK TV. 
 
Close to all amenities, family bars, restaurants, waterpark etc. 
 
The balcony provides a lovely area to watch the sun set every evening and the sea is clearly visible. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need including a microwave,hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer for your convenience. 
 
There is a brand new flat screen television in the apartment which picks up all of the english channels available courtesy of the satellite facility on the complex. 
 
We hope to have a new kitchen fitted during 2009.

There is a security box fitted to the outside of the apartment in which the keys can be placed. The code to this will be given to all guests and all we ask that they place the keys inside the box on departure ready for the next arrivals. 2 swimming pools are available. The one by the pool bar is heated and is the most popular. If you require a more quiet environment then another pool is available only a minutes walk from the pool bar but it is not heated. There is a gym available and the pool bar enjoys the benefit of Sky TV and covers all of the football etc. There is also a pool table available and entertainment most nights. At peak times there are various organised children's activities and the complex has its own 24 hour security for peace of mind.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking made within 8 weeks of departure then full payment required along with the flight details in order to secure your booking. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us. After such period, if you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, we will retain the initial deposit and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. If you cancel your booking less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival aate, we reserve the right to retain the initial deposit and the rental, and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. In these circumstances we will refund the rental (less any additional costs incurred) to you if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the property.
