Vacation Rental Description
'Las Floritas' is a family complex in an enviable location between the resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The complex is central, but peaceful. Our apartment is situated in an excellent area of the complex, not on the block facing the road and it should not be confused with commercially rented units. The complex has an attractive pool which runs through the complex - there are sun beds, a pool/snack bar, pool tables, minimarket, internet access and a reception area. There is 24 hour security and a lifeguard round the pool during the day. It is a ten minute walk to the lively centre of Playa de Las Americas, but there are bars, restaurants, shops etc. outside the complex. The beaches of both resorts are also a ten minute walk away. Free parking opposite. CAR HIRE CAN BE ARRANGED AT A COST OF 90 EUROS PW but not neccessary

    • The kitchen as an array of units with granit worktops, also has oven 4 ring ceramic hob with extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and pots pans etc, also a 4 sandwich toastie machine, iron and ironing board, washing machine on the back balcony. In a ideal position in the centre of the complex. the front bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and set of drawers and a alarm clock, plus triple wardrobe which houses the safe, there is also a patio door leading onto the front balcony, the 2nd bedroom as 3 single beds and a double wardrobe,a bed side table. The bathroom has a corner shower, with toilet, sink with mirror and lighting over it,also bidet and shelving for your toiletries. The spacious living room has a large wall unit with books, dvd's, 32 inch flat screen tv, with 5 English channels and 1 movie channel. dvd player,stereo and a MP3 docking station. there is a large leather with seating for 7 people

    • There are plenty of restaurants to eat in and a golf course straight opposite the complex, there is a cinema about 5 mins walk away but the films are in Spanish. The Theme park listed is actually a water park called the Siam park, its the biggest water park in Europe its trully amazing

    A deposit of £100 is required and the rest to be paid 8 weeks before departure date. Change over Fridays and Tuesdays are preferred but may consider other days. Arrival and departure times can be altered to suit your flight times although if other guests are arriving we must ask you to leave by 10 am and the apartment is ready for new guests by 3pm. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUNG GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 30 ONLY FAMILIES SORRY COT ALSO AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND CHARGE OF 20 EUROS PW TO PAID UPON ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling. Price includes linen and towels only, you will need to provide your own beach towels Bookings will not be marked off on the availability calender until payment is received and cleared.
