This is a new area, which has been built up with villas and apartments. It is a six minute walk to the sea frontwhich is in the process of being developed. There is going to be a new port where you will be able to catch a taxi boat into Los Cristionos (but when I don't know). There is no public transport as yet but it has been promised. There are bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets available all at walking distance from the apartment.

In the complex of Laderas Palm Mar there is a pool all one depth and a childrens pool and sunbeds for your use.

The apartment is equiped with a washing machine, television with English tv setanta and other sports channels and Spanish channels as well. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a bed settee to sleep four people. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and it also comprises of a ceiling fan (which are in both rooms).

Fishing is very popular in Palm Mar the apartment is located only six minutes away. They fly fish from the beach and Bass fish can be caught. Easy access too Los Cristianos where there is a not to be missed Sunday market. I also recommend a boat trip on the Jolly Roger to see the whales and the Dolphins. You have your dinner on board and enjoy a swim in the sea great time was had by myself and family. You can also sunbathe on the beach in Los Cristianos. Also you can enjoy some water sports there i.e. Jet skies and para gliding. I can also recommend the best breakfast in Palm Mar at Pearls Pantry which is only a three minute walk from the apartment. Also there are various bars and resturants in the local vacinity.
