The apartment is unique in many ways, not only is it set in the beautiful traditional canarian style complex of Poblado Marinero which boasts the best views anywhere it also get all year round Sun all Day due to the huge terrace to the side of the property.

A small shaded balcony lays just off the main bedroom where you can sit and watch the hussle & bussle of the Habrour front.

Fully air conidioned throughout, flat screen TV with several English satalite channels available, as well as the usual washing machine, Hob, Microwave, Fridge & Freezer, hair dryer, iron & ironing board.

Linen & Towels are provided for guests arrival & changed on a weekly basis for guests staying longer than 10 days, should any guest require further cleaning this can be arranged directly with our housekeeper.

    The price quoted is set throughout the year, no surcharges for easter, Christmas etc. We do however offer regular clients loyality discount & special deals throughout the year. Clients will be asked to pay a 100.00 pound non refundable deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations within Four weeks of arrival date will incur cancellation fee of 100% of balance. Eight weeks of arrival date incurs 50% of balance. Once initial deposit is paid cancellation leading up to 8 weeks prior will result in loss of your deposit only.
