4 apartments each with two single beds,duvets and pillows,two wardrobes,large chest of drawers,one bedside cabinet all matching,safe located in wardrobe. bathrooms are fully tiled with bath, shower, bidet and vanity unit with mirror overhead which has two lights, kitchens all have full oven with four rings, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, wash machine(located on terrace) broom,mop/bucket.all crockery and pots and pans provided. living area has 3 seater sofa bed and a two seater sofa, coffee table flat screen t.v. all english channels, air conditioning patio doors onto terrace which has table and four chairs. all apartments have pool views which is ideal to keep your eye on children if you dont want to go there yourself, one has ocean view which is really lovely. all have nice white uvpc front doors and the whole complex has intercom system for secure entry and there is wheelchair access to complex.

intercom to apartment block for security, safe installed in bedrooms, los cristianos harbour 5 mins to the left and las americas town five minutes to the right, there are restaurants and bars nearby, big supermarket close by. there is golf course ten minutes drive away these apartments are very central to everything that would make your holiday great.

Low Season Price : £250 High Season Price : £300 per Week
we charge £270 sterling for one week for ocean view and £250 for pool views low season and £300 for all in high season(xmas and new year ). a deposit of £50 is required on booking the balance to be paid eight weeks before departure. the deposit can be returned only if cancelled eight weeks before departure. payments to be made by cheque payable to myself michael french.
