The apartment has a double bed with sofa and sofa bed in the lounge area, together with patio table and four chairs on the balcony. There is a TV with Satalite Television and also a safe. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave with combination oven and grill. New bathroom with bath and shower.

    A deposit of £150 is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of departure the full amount is required and payment can be made by cheque or internet banking. A £50 refundable deposit is also required against any loss/damage and return of keys. For full booking conditions please contact Sue by email. Prices are based on 2 people sharing, for additional people an additional charge of £25 per person per week. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED, subject to a 2% card charge.
