Free standing vanity unit with shaver point, mirror and hair dryer.Separate, large fully equipped and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, granite work surfaces, extractor hood and filter, microwave, toaster and kettle. Thers a safty box in the kitchen (small door).There is a cupboard off the entrance hall which houses a full sized plumbed in washing machine.Lounge with limed pine furniture. Dining table and 4 chairs, single lounge chair and twin sofa. There is also a CD player and TV with Euro Sports, BBC World, CNN and Sky News, ITV1, BBC1 and 2 and Ch4. Patio doors that access the main terrace.Private roof terrace with adjustable sun awnings and stunning views. Table, four chairs two sun loungers. The terrace from the lounge/bedroom with table and 4 additional reclining chairs. All chairs with matching cushions. 60 euros for cleaning on depature day. Towels and linen are included on arrival and the apartment will have been cleaned. If required, additional cleaning can be arr, for 60 euros clean/linen. Residents will be expected to bring their own beach towel.Situated on the stylish new complex of Granada Park and with beautiful garden areas.
