Vacation Rental Description
Our two apartments are situated on a complex called Paloma Beach, about twelve minutes stroll from Los Cristianos  
and about the same by taxi from the airport. Both one-bedroom apartments have two single beds, bathroom and a spacious lounge furnished to a high standard. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony, which has a table and chairs for those wishing to eat outside. T2-128, overlooking the pool, gardens and out to sea. T1-158 overlooks the gardens then out to sea. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and iron etc.etc.  
Satellite TV is installed with various news, sports and movie channels etc. 
Bed linen is changed weekly with an additional mid week change of towels. 
There is an English owned bar on the complex adding to the friendly atmosphere, which abounds. An internet connection is available from here if required. 
All the apartments are privately owned, the majority by British owners, so language is never a problem.

    All prices quoted are for the rent of the apartment when two people are staying. In the event of a third person staying then there is an additional charge of between £35 and £100 per week depending on the season. A deposit of £50 per week by cheque is required, the balance falling due 2 months prior to departure. Cancellations- In the event of any member of the party having to cancel the booking, the following charges will apply. Period before departure, when cancellation is received- 56 days = Deposit 30-55 days = 50% 15-29 days = 75% 0-14 days = 100% Cancellation charge as % of total price only
