Vacation Rental Description
A privately owned apartment, it is situated in a complex mainly used by families and couples. In the centre of the complex is a swimming pool (heated in the winter) with a separate childrens' area. A lift is available to all floors.The apartment is more spacious than average and leading out from the lounge is a large balcony furnished with table and chairs together with two recliners. The balcony looks out on to the swimming pool and beyond that, to views of the sea.
The apartment is in one of the quieter parts of Los Cristianos but is still only 5 minutes from the bus depot, 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes from the beach.
With a twin bedroom containing double wardrobes and in the lounge a sofa that converts easily to a double bed, this reasonably priced and well furnished apartment is a good choice for both families and couples.
** The bathroom, which contains both bath and shower was recently completely refurbished.
** The bedroom has 2 large double wardrobes and benefits from a ceiling fan to help keep you cool on those very warm nights.
** The fully fitted kitchen, which had a complete refit recently, has all necessary equipment including a full cooker, a "George Foreman" type electric grill and a microwave oven.
Further details outdoors:
** The swimming pool area has free sun loungers and is surrounded by a garden.
** For a small fee a self service laundrette is available on site.
** A mini market, bar and cafe can be found in the pool area.
** Ample off road parking is available at the front of the complex.
** Internet access is available for a fee in the reception area. Alternatively there are internet shops fairly close with cheaper and faster access.
Facilities
The apartment will be cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival. Bed linen and towels (1 hand and 1 bath towel per person) are changed weekly. There are no hidden charges - the safe, hot water, electricity and the television with the 5 standard UK channels are included in the price. From the airport, taxis are available and cost in the region of 20/25 Euros. Alternatively cars can be rented at the airport and in most cases the paperwork can be dealt with on-line in the UK, leaving only one or two formalities at the airport. Advice can be given about car hire if you wish. Free ample parking is available off road, directly outside the complex. There is a mini-market, bar, cafe and laundry facilities in the complex. While the mini-market on-site is handy, more reasonably priced food can be found at Spar in the Passarella Shopping Centre, Hiper Dino at the Apolo Complex and Trebol on the road out of town.
Activities
All manner of water sports are available within only a few miles, from surfing to scuba diving. There is also a go cart track towards the airport.
Loro Park, a wildlife conservation "zoo" in the north of the island is always worth a visit. It contains a penguinarium where the penguins are kept in a large indoor enclosure with conditions as closely matching the Antarctic as possible. Snow even falls many times through the day. All the animals at Loro Park are kept under excellent conditions. Bear in mind however, you would really need a full day to do it justice.
A new water park, Siam Park has recently opened on the road between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. It is quite expensive but good for a full day out.

The price quoted is for two people for one week. Additional guests, up to a maximum of two, attract a further charge of £25 per person per week. The safe is included in the price. To formally reserve the apartment, a deposit of £50 per week is requested immediately and the final balance falls due 6 weeks before departure. Please note the price remains the same throughout the year, however a small premium is payable for the Christmas and New Year period. Discounts of up to 17.5% are available for bookings of 3 consecutive weeks or more.Please contact us for a price. We regret we only accept bookings from couples and families.
