Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful complex is a very popular base for holidmakers and residents alike, due to its superb location and tranquility. Onsite, and 5 minutes away, this complex boasts a reception area, laundry, heated pool, nightime security, supermarket, various restaurants, entertainment bars and outdoor spa complex. Brand new bathroom, floors , kitchen etc.
This specific 2 bedroomed apartment has recently undergone a full refurbishment and boasts a fully equipped kitchen including electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. There is also a washing machine. An electronic safe is provided for your valuables, power shower with massage jets for winding down after a hard days sunbathing, loads of storage. Two large bedrooms, situated at opposite ends of the apartments. Satellite TV including British channels, DVD player, Hi-Fi and also a cupboard full of inflatables, games and toys for the kids, all located next door to the heated* swimming pool. *winter months*
We can also provide a cot, highchair and pushchair for you free of charge…………………………..we find it tends to make life a lot easier for families if some equipment is here rather than lugging it over on an aeroplane!! This apartment is very popular for families with young children as it is poolside and on the ground floor.
Babysitting sevice can be provided on request.
Wheelchair Friendly.
The apartment is set on the pool level, therefore it is fully accessible by wheelchairs. The apartment has recently been modified in order accommodate disabled guests. All door widths are appropriate. We can also organise scooter/wheelchair hire, excursions for the disabled, walking sticks etc by prior arrangement.
Why here??
We have lived on this complex permanantly for the last eight years, and have no intention of moving!!! We, the owners of this holiday apartment, reside on this complex, therefore we are on hand , discreetly in the backgound for all our guests should they require us. It is a beautiful and friendly complex and the ideal base for your holiday. WIFI access is available inside this apartment too. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing patio area.in the local area of this Tenerife apartment rental*on site :The apartment is right beside swimming, a restaurant.less then 15 minutes drive away :Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop. less then 45 minutes drive away :Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, walking, a museum, a theatre/cinema. extra information :Aqualand, Veronicas, key locations near this Tenerife apartment rental*The apartment is....10 min from Tenerife Sur airport.

Facilities
We have tried to make this apartment an ideal family base. For example, a full size ove and 4 ring ceramic hob is provided, as is a large fridge/freezer. All washing facilities are available inside the apartment, even though we do already have an onsite laundry. Over the years, we have so many returning families, we have a cupboard full of inflatables, fishing nets, toys etc etc which is ideal for the kids, large or small!! An electronic safe is also provided free of charge in order to protect your valuables.

The owners also have access to many discounted excursions, car hire and money exchange and offer a ticket delivery service to your door.

The price is 375 GBP per week NOT person and the apartment sleeps upto 6 people. A 25% deposit is payable in order to reserve your accommodation, then the reamining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival, for which you will be sent out an automated email reminder.
