The apartment is designed for comfortable living and for those who appreciate the good things in life. The stylish village that has been created at Royal Palm is classy and well maintained by property owners and the on-site management company Oasis Management Services. Walking through the tropical gardens of the village, you can choose which of the two pools you prefer for your morning dip before drying off under the constant warming influence of the guaranteed Tenerife sunshine. There is nowhere else like it. The location of Royal Palm is excellent. Only 15 minutes drive from the southern airport and you can be sitting on your spacious terrace enjoying that first glass of chilled Rioja wine. 
 
Description of surrounding area and attractions: 
Royal Palm has its own on-site Mexican restaurant "Rosies Cantina" which is well worth a visit. Locally to Royal Palm there are many bars & restaurants with a wide variety of choice from Spanish, Italian, English, Chinese, Indian and much more. There are also two local supermakets which are extreemly well stocked. A casual 10 minute strol takes you to the sea front and along the promenade into the center of Los Cristianos.

The complex has two swimming pools plus a childrens pool with a life guard on duty daily. there is also an on-site laundry. The apartment is equiped with Sky television and there is an internal telephone system which can be activated to make externall calls. Towels and Linen supplied.

    Deposits: A non refundable deposit of 15% is required when booking. This can be paid by Visa or Mastercard. There is a supplement of £100.00 per week for Christmas and New Year (High Season Rate). The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date and no refunds are given for bookings cancelled 4 weeks or less prior to arrival. APARTMENT REGISTERED WITH THE TENERIFE TOURIST BOARD.
