The north of Tenerife is a perfect ALL YEAR ROUND holiday destination.

La casita Casablanca is a beautifully restored canary house and is at the foot of Mount Teide. It is on the edge of the pine forests and is sat in the vineyards of Icod de los Vinos. The views are a spectacular 360 degrees, overlooking the sea with the rock at Garachico and an uninterrupted view of Mount Teide. It is also possible to see the Island of La Palma. The finca (farmhouse) is over 150 years old and has been lovingly restored by the owners to a high standard. It is in a very quiet area. There is a beautiful enclosed courtyard lined with fruit trees and a vine which is over 100 years old. During the summer you can eat the plums and peaches straight from the trees. There is also a barbeque area and views to the sea.

The house has 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 lounge and a kitchen dining room. The bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside cupboards, 2 bed side lights a large chest of draws, a ceiling fan, a walk in wardrobe and a safe. The en-suite shower room has a toilet, bidet, large shower, sink and a hair dryer. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge and a table and chairs. The lounge has a sofa, coffee table, book case with books, stereo, board games, wood burner fire, television with DVD player, video player and mulit language satellite with BBC and ITV. ALSO A LAPTOP WITH ADSL INTERNET CONNECTION FOR YOUR USE

The North of Tenerife is popular with people who like to walk, cycle, bird watch, play golf, fish, dive and sight see the Island. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the local area. Garachico is only 15 minutes away and Puerto de la Cruz is only 20 minutes away, with many restaurants and a casino. It can get cool in the winter nights so a sweater is recommended.
