The villa has 2 large bedrooms with double and single beds, the master bedroom having a bathroom en suite. The 2nd bedroom has casement doors onto the rear garden.
The shower room leads off the hall with a WC.
There is a fitted kitchen and utility room, with a door onto the garden. The lounge patio doors also lead onto the rear garden with views over the fairways.
Dining room with chairs and table can seat 6
Lounge fully furnished to a high standard with quality 3-piece suite, TV with DVD system.
Kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and oven hob.
In the utility room there is an iron and ironing board. A safety deposit box is available at a small extra charge. The Deluxe Villas are superbly furnished and equipped to provide an outstanding holiday home.

San Andres is a premier resort for family holidays. All my properties are in prime locations with stunning views over mountains, the Atlantic Ocean and the Golf del Sur golf course. Everything you need is on this resort including a supermarket, gym, tennis courts and squash courts. There are 3 bars on site, car rental and internet access. The pool area is wonderful with a lovely swimming pool and a separate pool for kiddies and a heated pool as well. I can also recommend a meal at the pool bar in the evening, they offer wonderful Peruvian specialities that need to be ordered the day before because of the time taken over marinating the food, but also they do a very good steak in the evening.

The villa is on a well established complex that has everything you would need for that important relaxing break. San Andres has an array of facilities including tennis and squash courts, gym, children's games room and table tennis, other facilities include the fabulous lagoon pools with the charming pool bar and restaurant run by a Peruvian family with fantastic paella dishes and home cooking, and the prices are reasonable to.
The cafe med bar and restaurant offers a relaxing sports bar feel with alfresco dining and a wide coverage of the premiership and other major sporting events.
As you would expect the San Andres site is a paradise for Golfers with the 27 hole Golf Del Sur PGA course a stones throw away.

£50 deposit will be due upon booking the villa, and the full amount to be paid 1 month before the holiday commences. The property is now managed for me by a company based in Tenerife who will take care of guest welcome packs and management of my bookings so my self or one of their reps will be their when you arrive
