Vacation Rental Description
This is a newly refurbished two bedroom bungalow with a patio at the rear and roof terrace. The patio leads off the living room and it has sunshine from early in the morning until the sun goes down. It is private and not overlooked and it is a lovely place to eat breakfast or unwind at the end of the day. The roof terrace has complete privacy and has lovely views as the sun goes down. The living room is modern and furnished to a high standard with a dining table for 4. It also has a modern TV on which you can get English channels 1-5 and DVD. There is also an Ipod docking station if you should bring one. The double patio doors have screens to prevent insects flying in, in the evening while allowing a lovely cool breeze into the living area.  
The first bedroom has two single beds with large wardrobes for storage. It also has a small TV and DVD. The main bathroom is located off this bedroom and it has a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, a smaller wardrobe and an en suite shower room. It also has a roof window that can be opened to allow cool air in during the evening. 
The kitchen is modern and equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven and hob. Other appliances include a microwave, toaster and kettle as well as other essential kitchen equipment. We also have a washing machine for your convenience during your stay and fans for you to use where needed. There is a safety deposit box in the lounge for you to use.

    • The complex has 4 pools with a terrace bar serving lovely food and evening entertainment. one pool is located just outside the front door of the bungalow. The apartment is always cleaned to a high specificatio. A change of linen is left with you if you are staying for two weeks and if you want a clean and the lined changed for you this can be arranged at an extra cost of £20.00. The TV has channels 1 -5 and there are a number of DVD's in the apartment for you to enjoy.

    • The Golf Del Sur 27 hole championship course is a short walk away and the Amarilla Golf Course is a 15 minute walk away. 
    Loro Parque and Siam Park are a short drive away as well as the karting track. 
    Los Abrigos is a small fishing village which is a couple of miles away, here you will find some of the best sea food restaurants. 
    The larger resorts of Las Americas and Los Christianos are a 15 minute drive away, here you will find the larger beaches. 
    San Blas is a 20 minute walk or a 4 euro taxi ride, this small centre offers shopping and a large range of bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment. 
    The Palms itself has a bar / restaurant. 
    A new marina is a short walk away along with new walkways along the sea front.  
    A bus and taxi service is available outside of the Palms.

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: €250 per Week
      High Season Price: €350 per Week
         

    Prices are based on 2 adults sharing, for additional adults there is an extra charge of £25 per person. To secure a booking a £50 deposit is required, the balance will then be due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non refundable. Payments can either be made by cheque or bank transfer. Payments can be made in pounds or euros. The bungalow is always available from 2pm on the day of arrival,however, we are flexible with this depending on your flight times and occupancy at the time of your arrival and departure. Peak times are half term October and February plus Christmas and Easter holidays. Prices for these dates are available on request.
