Vacation Rental Description
Newly refurbished two bedroomed bungalow with three terraces. The first terrace leads off the master bedroom where you can sit as the evening sun goes down. The second terrace is equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers and faces a small garden which offers privacy. From this terrace you enter the large living room / dining room or alternatively leave it to go to one of the complexes four swimming pools. The third terrace is on the roof offering complete privacy.
The master bedroom is furnished to a high standard with a king size bed and a full range of fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite, bath with a shower over and double sinks in front of a full wall mirror. There is also an additional w.c.
The spacious kitchen is fitted with a range of units which incorporate an oven and hob and a fridge/ freezer. Other appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee perculator as well as all other necessary kitchen equipment.
The breakfast bar looks out onto the homely living room / dining room which has 2 sofas and a dining table for 6.
Both bedrooms have fans and there is a safety deposit box which is free of charge.

    • English Channels 1 to 5 are available. For stays of two weeks or longer the cleaner will come in at the end of the first week to change the linen and towels. If you require a clean at this stage there will be an additional charge of £20. A launderette is available on the complex. The parking space is directly infront of the bungalow.

    • The Golf Del Sur 27 hole championship course is a short walk away and the Amarilla Golf Course is a 15 minute walk away.
    Loro Parque and Siam Park are a short drive away as well as the karting track.
    Los Abrigos is a small fishing village which is a couple of miles away, here you will find some of the best sea food restaurants.
    The larger resorts of Las Americas and Los Christianos are a 15 minute drive away, here you will find the larger beaches.
    San Blas is a 20 minute walk or a 4 euro taxi ride, this small centre offers shopping and a large range of bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment.
    The Palms itself has a bar / restaurant.
    A new marina is a short walk away along with new walkways along the sea front.
    A bus and taxi service is available outside of the Palms.

    		  Low Season Price: £270 per Week
      High Season Price: £550 per Week
         

    Prices are based on 2 adults sharing, for additional adults there is an extra charge of £25 per person. To secure a booking a £50 deposit is required, the balance will then be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non refundable. Payments can either be made by cheque or bank transfer. The bungalow is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and the departure time is 10am
