Our apartment is brand new and located in the popular Golf del Sur region. Only 15 minutes drive from the south airport and 20 minutes drive to Los Cristianos. Only a 10 minute walk to both the 27 hole Golf del Sur championship golf course and also the very prestigious Amarilla golf. There is a small sandy beach with numerous bars and restaurants located only a 5 minutes walk away. The very popular San Blas shopping centre is also a 10 minutes walk. There are regular buses which stop outside the complex, a taxi rank and several hire car firms within 2 minutes walk. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift access) so has excellent views of the ocean. It is well equipped and offers a fully fitted kitchen English TV and ample storage, it's maintained to a high standard to ensure your stay is as peaceful and comfortable as possible. Opposite the apartment there is a bowling green, tennis courts and a gym open to the public at Winter Gardens.
