This 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a fantastic position within the Golf del Sur complex of Aguamarina, Tenerife, Canary Islands. The large balcony overlooks the pool and the Atlantic Ocean with stunning views! 
 
Inside the apartment you benefit from uninterrupted views of the Altantic Ocean from both the bedroom and the lounge, and not forgetting the delightful balconies sitting over the Atlantic. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists of 2 sofa beds (each folds into a double), a radio/cassette/CD player, a DVD player and satellite television with BBC1 and ITV. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony. 
 
The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean. There is a washing machine. 
 
The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly. The main doors to reception are kept locked so it is very safe and secure. It's very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day. 
 
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish bar that shows all the major sporting events by day, and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.  
 
Description of accommodation and facilities provided: 
 
Lounge/Kitchen: 
Full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, breakfast bar with stools, sofa bed, DVD player, satellite TV with British channels (BBC, ITV, CH4 and Sky), radio/CD/cassette player, ceiling fan, patio doors to large balcony . 
 
Bedroom: 
Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, iron, ironing board, ceiling fan, patio doors to large balcony. 
 
Bathroom: 
Bath with shower over, wash basin set in a marble top, and w.c. 
 
Large Balcony: 
South facing with table and 4 chairs, clothes dryer, 2 reclining chairs/sun beds, and stunning pool and sea views. 
 
Beverages: 
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. 
 
Towels/Linen: 
Towels and linen changed weekly. One hand and one bath towel is provided per person. Extra towels can be provided at additional cost. This is a self catering holiday and you are expected to bring your own towels for the beach and the pool. 
 
The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Resort Centre. A Championship golf course can be found within a 2 minute drive. A 45 minute drive will take you to Mount Teide and its amazing cable car ride.  
 
Resort Staff: 
We have a local office based in the resort in San Blas. Their contact details will be sent to you when you have booked and they will liaise with you with directions and key collection details. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by should they be needed. They also offer a very popular taxi meet and greet service to meet you off the plane.

Complex Facilities: An adult and a childrens heated swimming pool, outside showers, sunbeds, views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a private underground parking space, reached via electric gates. The complex also has lifts and is wheelchair friendly.

Location: 
10 minutes from airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the north and south of the island. Taxi rank within 2 minutes walk.
