Green Park, is now a private complex in the Golf del Sur urbanisation, in the sunny south of Tenerife, only 15mins drive from Tenerife South airport and 20mins drive from Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Golf del Sur is a self contained urbanisation built around a 27 hole championship golf course, there are many excellent restaurants of all nationalities mainly on the promenade, where you can enjoy your meal overlooking the atlantic ocean and the new marina, and the San Blas commercial centre where the restaurants and bars are arranged around a square with entertainment in the evenings.
There are 2 bars,and a snack bar on site as well as a car hire and a launderette.

There are two twin bedrooms both with ceiling fans and a double bed/settee in the lounge, the large balcony has sliding windows to make it into a conservatory if required. The en suite bathroom has a level entry shower, wc and wash basin, there is also a family bathroom, the apartment is wheelchair accessible, but the area is not ideal, so please ask if it is suitable for your requirements if you are disabled.

Green Park Golf del Sur

I bought my first apartment in Green Park Golf del Sur it was a studio and as my partner became confined to a wheelchair and we loved the Golf del Sur area so much I upgraded to a much larger apartment in a better position on the complex. I have since improved the apartment to provide 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ( one ensuite with a level shower ) and air conditioning in the lounge.
I have since bought two apartments in Los Cristianos a investments and I let all 3 apartnents as holiday lets, I still prefer Golf del Sur myself as it is much more friendly and I particularlly like the restaurants in the area especially Big Als.
