Great apartment with balcony in a residential block of 60 flats. Set on the hillside above Torviscas / Fanabe it has fantastic views to ocean and mountains. The area is generally free from traffic noise and is not on the flight path. Ideal for couples and families that want to be close to all the amenites of Southern Tenerife but not over a disco or opposite an all night bar. The shared pool area has all day sun, and is great for relaxing while the balcony is a perfect place to watch sunsets over La Gomera - with a cocktail or two! Fully equipped for self catering and provides support for visits to the beach, mountain walking or whatever you want to do. Bars, general store, spa, restaurants, supermarkets are all nearby, and the full coast from Los Cristianos to La Caletta is within 10 minutes drive. Hillside location hence car or motorbike recommended, covered off street parking place provided. Contact us if considering rental that includes those with restricted mobility.

The apartment has a large lounge / kitchen / in door dining area leading onto the balcony. Th ebalcony has a table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There are two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be kept separate or set as a double bed. The bathroom includes bath and shower, and has a washing machine for your use (iron / ironing board and drying rack are also provided).

The block has a large sun terrace and pool. Loungers are provided and I provide cushions to make them more comfortable! There also 2 captains chairs if you prefer to sit.

To enable you to enjoy more of tenerife I provide a coolbox, picnic hamper, and small rucksack. There are beach mats as well.

Entertainment in the apartment is TV, CD / Stereo, DVD (with library of DVDs) and MP3 player, Sky box - free to air only unless you bring your card - it's a UK box.

With 1 km there is a great little local bar, general store, DVD rental, delivery Pizza, supermarket, thai and chinese restaurants. With in 15 minutes walk / 5 minutes drive or taxi ride you should find everything you need!

Self catering facilities are exceptional for a rental apartment, including all pots, pans, crockery, serving dishes, glasses, cooking knives you will require - even egg cups, pizza wheel and champagne stoppers. You really can live normally there - I do! In addition we provide beach mats, sunlounger cushions, coolbox, picnic hamper and even a rucksack if you are tempted to go trecking. SKY box receives free to air only unless you bring your sky card. DVD player is also MP3 and there is a library of DVDs provided. See my website for further details.

Tenerife has activities for everybody, and the climate to enjoy them all year round. Go whale watching from Puerto Colon, Hang gliding with take offs from over 6,000 ft, walks in canyons or in the near desert of the Teide caldera, golf (Spanish Open course nearby), diving, snorkeling, surfing, jet skis ... and more! Or go to the new Siam Park - reviewed as the best water / theme park in Europe, visit Parc Loro zoo - world reknown for conservation work, or see Eagles fly at the Parc Aquilla. • Nearest Airport : Tenerife South (TFS) at 20 kilometers distance;
• Nearest Town : Torviscas at 2 kilometers distance
• Travel Info: The normal way of travel to Tenerife is by air. Many European cities have direct flights (charter and scheduled) to Tenerife South (code TFS)and the journey from there is easy by hire car or taxi. It is possible to come by ferry from Cadiz in Spain, arriving in Santa Cruz. If you are already visiting the Islands then there are inter Island ferries arriving at Los Cristianos (10 Kms) or Santa Cruz and many islands have flights to Tenerife South.

Prices are for upto 4 people, and include linen, cleaning, utilities, towels (not beach towels) and use of the secure garage. A down payment of 30 pc of the full rental is reuqired on booking, the balance is payable 1 month before rental begins. A 100 euro deposit is required on handover of the keys, refunded subjected to the apartmen tbeing left in good order. Payment can be made in euros or GB Pounds, cash or cheques, transfer to my Spanish or UK Bank accounts. I can arrange payment via PayPal, including by Credit / debit card but may charge a handling fee to do so. Cancellations between 3 months and 1 month are charged the 30 pc downpayment, after balance payment are up to full rental. In all case handling fees may be charged to return funds.
