Vacation Rental Description
This apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and is situated in a very exclusive part of Tenerife. It is surrounded by world class 5* hotels, restaurants and boutiques. Del Duque beach is a short walk away with its excellent beach front bars and restaurants. This property is very family friendly and is in a very secure complex. The communal swimming pool also has a childrens pool and is situated on the same level a few metres away from the apartment. The property has two large fully equipped sun terraces. There are sea views from both terraces, the master bedroom and lounge. To the rear of the property the view is of the surrounding countryside and mountains in the distance.
The local area is a high class neighbourhood with excellent shopping facilities and local market.
The apartment has full sky television on the large plasma screen tv in the lounge with tv's located in the two bedrooms as well. There is also a CD and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher and wine cooler. The utility room has an automatic washing machine. Reverse cycle air conditioning is located in the main living room and both bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower, bath, basin, wc and bidet (one bathroom being en-suite).
There is direct lift access from the main reception to just outside the apartment.
The apartment is situated 15 minute drive away from the Tenerife South Airport.
There are several exclusive golf courses located a short drive from the apartment.
There are also several water parks, go kart tracks and amusement parks located a short drive from this apartment.
The weather in this part of Tenerife is consistantly good all year roaund with winter temperature in the low 70 degrees F and summer temperature reaching in to the 80's. There is very little rain during the year.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance of payment due 6 weeks prior to departure. Payment of the deposit acknowledges acceptance of our terms and conditions of booking as stated herein. There is a refundable £200.00 security deposit payable with the final balance. This is released following the satisfactory check out of the apartment by our manager. If damage in excess of this amount occurs you are liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement of the damage. Photographic ID is required prior to departure for all occupants of the apartment in order to meet our security requirements. After booking the cancellation charge is the loss of the deposit paid. After final payment cancellation is 100% of the holiday cost. For three or more continous weeks a discount will be offered.
