Located in the picturesque complex of Parque Don Jose in Costa del Silencio. A short drive to 3 golf courses, local beaches and night life of Los Cristianos and Playa las Americas

The complex has its own large walk in pool , children's pool and play area, tennis and Boule courts and lots of free sun beds. Our lovely apartment is ideal for couples and families and enjoys spectacular pool and mountain views. Restaurants and supermarkets and the sea are a short walk away. Just outside the complex a bar provides free wirefire internet access. (free means that you have to purchase a cop of tee or a beer)

The apartment has a modern fully equiped kitchen,is spacious and airy with Satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and all the little extras you would have at home. A large balcony with sunbeds, table and chairs for 6 and BBQ for al fresco dining. It is maintained to a high standard by our on-site maintenance and service team who are there to help you with any problems.

With a luxury kitchen, fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Brand new fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and bedside cupboards. One bedroom has large sliding patio doors leading to the balcony. Beds can be put together for a double. Fully furnished lounge/dining room has 3 2 seater setees. Dining table for 6, Satellite Television, 5 English + many other language ls and news channels, dvd player,stereo with cd and tape. The balcony is large enough for sun beds, barbeque and table for alfresco dining. Further details outdoors: There is a huge walk in solt water pool, children's pool and play area, formal gardens, tennis & petanque courts, pool & table tennis, all within the complex.     If you decide to book our apartment, we will. 1) We will confirm via e mail prices and all other details and attach a booking form. 2) If you fill in and return the booking form we will then hold your holiday dates for 5 days, giving you time to pay the deposit. 3) The deposit is 20% of the total rental fee. The balance will be due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you have booked and have to cancel we will give a refund if we can re-let the apartment for the dates you have booked. We recomend that you take out holiday insurance to cover this possability. 4) payment can be made in Euros or £ into our UK or Spanish accounts or by cheque or cash.
