Vacation Rental Description
The house is on 3 floors. The top floor comprises a large double bedroom with bay window & patio door to balcony overlooking the sea and pool. This faces south & west & so is perfect to enjoy the stunning views all day long. The second twin bedroom on this level faces the mountains . The large family bathroom is on the landing between these bedrooms. The middle floor is the main entrance to the house & has a utility room with washing machine ,a shower room & a large hall with fridge freezer. The kitchen with dishwasher oven microwave fridge etc opens into the living area with 3 piece suite TV video & Cd player & a dining table in a bay window overlooking the pool & sea. This room continues through a patio door onto the south facing balcony where there is a barbecue & table & chairs. The lowest floor comprises a twin bedroom & a another larger twin bedroom with large ensuite bathroom & door to swimming pool level.

    • Car hire is cheap for easy sight seeing and access to a wider range of restaurants. The sea front promenade goes on for miles for those who enjoy a walk. Playa de las Americas provides services and entertainment but the property is far enough out to be peaceful. Changeover day is flexible but Fridays preferred .  
    Golf: The house is ideal for golfers being close to the Golf Costa Adeje course where the 2003 Spanish open was held.
