WELCOME PACK: There will be a bottle of local champagne or wine in the fridge upon arrival, a basket of fruits, beers, mineral water and all which is necessary for your first breakfast. A bar is also available for you.... Upon arrival: Owners shall welcome you and show you the apartment and the building.
