This fabulous apartment has a magnificent and unique view on the sea and the swimming pool of the complex. All rooms in the apartment open directly onto the terrace.The apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings throughout with huge 42" satellite LCD TV with many foreign channels , DVD player, radio etc.There is a separate kitchen with a 4 ring hob and oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave and dishwasher, and a separate utility room with a washing machine. Bathrooms are decorated with taste and very functional. Flaat TVs also in bedrooms. HEATED SWIMMING POOLS: Two, one for adults and one for children. SECURITY: There is a receptionist at the main reception during the day, and a night watchman. The building has video surveillance, with screens in every reception, and direct access of the surveillance screens on internet. The apartment is equipped with a safe. LOCATION: Our complex has three receptions. All receptions are tastefully decorated. WATER: Filters installed. 
 
Complex is luxurious and occupied by residents only. Children are welcome. There are many children's activities nearby. It is not permitted to smoke inside the apartment, except on the terrace. 2 TVs, WIFI, a DVD player and a safe are at your disposal. Many books in English are available in the apartment. A covered private garage space is available with a remote controlled door for your own comfort.

Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated south of Tenerife. The beach of Playa del Duque is less than 10 minutes walk from the complex and on the way you will pass numerous shopping centers and restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese and French). The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, 'English' pubs and nightlife. This can be reached in a few minutes by car but a better way to approach it is to take a stroll along the lovely Geranium walk, a flower bedecked promanade stretches all the way to the port of Los Cristianos. Aircondition unit on wheels is available in living-room.
