Its double terrace and huge solarium offer you the best of the so-closed blue shining ocean. 
The apartment is at the first floor and last floor, in a very peaceful location. 
The most particularity of this so-closed sea front apartment is the privilege to enjoy looking at the ocean wherever you sit; from the sofa in the living room as from the dining room while you are having your breakfast.  
You can laze away in a sun bed and sip a cocktail listening to the rustling of the waves. 
The apartment is very bright, with smooth yellow and white tones with a blue touch.  
From the terrace you can watch your companion or friends fishing from the rock at a few meters from you. 
It is situated just between two bays of Playa Paraiso, a man-made beach called the Principe on one side and a rocky beach on the other where the water offers spectacular colours on the reefs. A few steps from the apartment there is the Floral Lido Lake (Lago Floral Lido), a large salt water swimming pool, where everyone is welcome for a small charge. 
It is an ideal apartment for those who like to enjoy the so-closed sea front in his authentic quietness, without the hustle and bustle of the over crowded tourist areas.

    • Living room has a 32’ Plasma HD television and digital TV (Astra). There is a DVD player if you fancy a night in after a hard day’s sunbathing, with DVD provided in English and some other languages or if you prefer you can visit the local shop nearby providing all the latest movies for hire. There is a hi-fi system (accepts MP3 CDs), and an office table in a separate corner ideal for laptop and ADSL connection (both cable and wi-fi). Telephone is also available. It allows you to receive calls and make local and national calls (no international).It has an easy pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons (150 cm wide = 60 inches). Double balcony to the sea with a small drink table and chairs. Fully and new equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a vitro ceramic 4 ring cooker, an oven, an electrical kettle, toaster, and a wide set of kitchen utensils and plenty of storage.

    Tarif Prices listed are per property per week for 4 persons occupancy. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Price: 490 €uros/week and 70€uros each extra night. Supplement of 35 €uro per person per week (except young children). Special rates: 1 month: 2.000 €uros 2 months: 1.800 €uros/month 3 months: 1.500 €uros/month The cost includes water and electricity. Deposit and balance: 25% of rental fee at the booking. It can be paid with credit card through secure payment PayPal system or by bank transfer. Balance paid on arrival in cash euro Guaranty: Refundable breakages deposit of 300 €uros required on arrival (in cash euro) to be refunded before departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). If your country is not from Euro zone you may pay the guaranty in your currency so that you won't have to go back to your country with euros.
