Vacation Rental Description
We have studios and a two bedroom apartment on this complex so we can accommodate more than one couple/family. 
The studios are located on the third floor (with the ground floor classed as the first floor). The complex does 
have ramps so it is wheelchair/pushchair friendly. 
There are two swimming pools both have childrens section and the main pool has sunbeds. 
The studios have two single beds and a sofa bed. here is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen has cooking rings, microwave, kettle and a toaster. All the cutlery and crockery is provided. 
The bathroom has bath with shower over, wash basin and wc. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. 
There is iron, ironing board, hairdryer and safe. There are two ceiling fans. 
The balcony has furniture and the views look towards Las Americas.

    • The studios have ceiling fans,iron,safe and haridryer. Linen and towels are provided but you will have to clean them as and when required with the washing machine that is supplied. There is a hairdresser, English bar which serves meals and has entertainment most nights, it also has two pool tables, table football and a basketball court.There is also a supermarket on the complex.

    • There is an amusement arcade just on the beachfront. There is a mini golf within 15 minutes stroll. 
    Surfers use the one of the beaches in Las Americas which is about 10 minutes stroll along the promenade. The beach where the apartments are situated is sheltered so is very safe for children. 
    The new Siam Park (due to open in March 2008)which is supposedly the largest heated waterpark in Europe is only a short taxi ride away. 
    The harbour offers boat trips, ferries to neighbouring Canary Islands and dolphin and whale watching.

    We require a £50 deposit for the studios with the balance due ten weeks before you travel. The deposit etc is non refundable but for insurance purposes i can provide a cancellation invoice for you to claim the money back from your holiday insurance. I accept cheque or bank transfer.
