				Low Season Price:	£250 per Week
				High Season Price:	£250 per Week

1. PAYMENT When making a booking more than 10 weeks prior to departure, a deposit of £100 per week is required. The balance in full must be paid no later than 10 weeks before departure. In the event of payment not being received in full by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. 2. SECURITY BOND There will also be a requirement for a £100 damage deposit to act as a security bond during the time of rental and will be returned in full once a satisfactory report has been received from our management company, and the keys have been returned which will be approx. 10-14 days after your return to home. 3. CANCELLATION If you cancel a booking, we will require written advice of the cancellation. The deposit of £100 per week will be returned provided a minimum of 10 weeks notice is given, any later than 10 weeks and the deposit is forfeited.
