This South facing, frontline apartment has breathtaking sea views from the double balcony leading from both the lounge and the bedroom. You can see the ocean from almost every room. 
You could be lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore, wake up, roll over and the first thing you will see is the gleaming Atlantic! The photos you see on this page are actual views from the balcony.

    • The apartment has four single beds in two separate bedrooms with the ocean directly in front, some 25 yards away. A well stocked general store for fresh fruit and vegetables, a wine shop and a superb delicatessen with several small bars and cafés are also a few minutes walk away. My three purpose built apartments (one two bedroom, and two one bedroom )are just the other side of the coastal path from the sea which is directly in front of them and with a quiet access road with parking to the rear. Views: South facing with full sun from sunrise to sunset and uninterrupted sea views, a rocky coastline, occasional dolphins, and a new marina shortly to be opening to our left. Weather: Usually very sunny, average temperatures go from 18C (65F) in January to 25C (75F) in August- often with a pleasant cooling breeze. Tenerife has its summer for 12 months of the year.

    • Activities: This apartment is adjacent to a championship 27 hole course,Amarilla Golf (WWW.amarillagolf.es) with it’s luxurious clubhouse (swimming pool, putting green, driving range, tennis courts,a good supply of excellent restaurant for evenings out or a lazy brunch - automatic membership. There are also three other 18-hole courses within 5 miles. 
    For non golfers there is: horse riding, cycling, walking, sailing-catamarans, dinghies, and wind surfing,El Medena is only a few Kilometres along the coast and boards can be hired at the marina  
    In short this is a lovely spot which makes an ideal quick escape to the sun, easy to get to and very relaxing. A £50 (refundable) deposit secures the apartment whilst you organise your flights and the balance is payable about six weeks before departure.
