Set in the picturesque village of Yaiza this villa is a holiday haven for couples, families or senior citizens seeking a more authentic and traditional location.

Casa Serena is a delightful fully equipped detached single story villa, set in its own walled grounds with a private solar heated swimming pool, terraces, gardens and mountain views. Car parking is within the villa grounds on the driveway that leads to the garage.

There is an entrance hall lounge area that gives access to the two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and the main lounge. The kitchen is fully equiped with an oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large preparation and storage facilities and a comfortable dining area.

The main lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and video players, a selection of DVDs, Videos, books and games are available for guests use. From the main lounge large patio doors lead to the pool, terraces and gardens area. There is also seperate wash room area with washing machine and drying area.

There is a seperate wash room off the patio with a drying area. The villa and pool are cleaned by the villa management team who also change the linen and towels and generally maintain all the facilities.

Casa Serena is within easy walking distance of the centre of the picturesque village of Yaiza with a supermecado, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, taxis, buses and a few other shops. Approx 15 minute drive from the airport, but not on a flight path. Accessible mountain trails and also the sea is a short drive away - the islands coast line offers over 80 beaches of white and golden sands. Yaiza is also near the world heritage Timanfaya National Park with its awe-inspiring Volcanic Fire Mountains. For the more lively and adventuresome - Camel and horse safaris, quad biking, surfing, hang-gliding, biking etc etc. The surrounding sea is also a divers mecca - one of the finest in Europe. The lively resorts of Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen, with a vast number of restaurants, nightclubs and general holiday entertainment are within a 15 minute drive. Frequent cheap buses or taxis are available. Or simply relax by the pool in the villa!!
