The villa was built some 30 years ago by the developer for his own use. It enjoys the best position on this private development being surrounded by trees and walls and enjoying spectacular panoramic views of Playa Blanca, the sea and Fuerteventura. All the accommodation is extremely spacious and designed on split levels with a huge drawing room, separate lounge and separate dining room. Outside there is a large patio area with BBQ and pergola capable of seating 16. A seprarte children's area with table and benches, a further large patio area and separate secluded sun terrace with astro turf fittings and second pergola. The pool is 12m x 6m with solar electronic heating and motorised safety cover. The pool itself is a maximum of 1.5m deep, has a Roman end with jacuzzi, and the water is part salt to cut down chlorine for those who suffer from asthma and allergies. Its temperature is maintained at between 25 and 30 degrees centigrade winter and summer. All rooms are doubles and have ensuite facilities.

There is also both an indoor and outdoor BBQ available for use. All towels both bath and separate for pool use are supplied along with linen and both are changed weekly

Depsoit is 25% with balance due 11 weeks before departure. £20 per person refundable breakage deposit is also required. Cheques accepted or direct transfer to bank. Cancellation charges apply - more than 10 weeks prior to departure - deposit, 70 - 43 days prior to departure 30% of the cost of the holiday or deposit whichever is greater, 42 - 29 days 50% of the cost of the holiday or deposit whichever is greater, 28 - 22 days 70% of cost of holiday, 21 - 15 days prior to departure 90% of the cost of the holiday, 14 - 0 days prior to departure 100% of the cost of the holiday
