Villas Hijos and Fuente are brand new modern villas set in the select area of San Marcial De Rubicon, Playa Blanca and set a new standard in holiday accommodation. The accommodations are set on two levels and each comprise of 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin room and 1 bunk room, main bathroom and an extra washroom. All the rooms benefit from ceiling fans and are furnished to an exceptional standard. Outside they have private electrically heated swimming pools and a large sun terrace which is complete with luxury outdoor furnishings for al fresco dining. The villas are located within a 10 minute walk of the prestigious new Marina Rubicon and its variety of restaurants, shops and bars. In the other direction a black beach and an emerging commercial center with a new playground is just a short 5 minute walk. A large and well stocked supermarket is located within a couple of minutes walk so car hire is not essential. The properties have beautiful sea views, stretching across to Fuerteventura and are within close walking distance to the natural white sandy beaches of Papagayo.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds absed on 2 people sharing, extra persons are charged at £25 per week. Pool heating is charged as an extra, the cost being £50 per week. For late availability and discounts for long lets, please contact me for further details. Changeover day is Thursday, however we will always try an accomodate a different day. Weekend changeovers will incur a supplement. Please contact us for details. The villa is available from 2pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.Booking notes We require a 10% deposit to secure the booking. Final payment and a £200 security deposit are required 6 weeks before arrival. Payment to be made by cheque only. Once the booking has been secured then persons are liable for the full balance.
