Recently refurbished private villa, in peaceful area of Playa Blanca. Kitchen with dining area, modern shower room, comfortable sitting room leading out to large partially covered patio, with extensive sea view.

Bedroom 1 double bed.
Bedroom 2 twin beds.
Bathroom:
Shower room with WC.
Kitchen:
Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining table and chairs.
Living Room:
Four easy chairs, TV, video, DVD player, CD player.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
No maid service. Towels changed twice a week, sheets once a week. Villa can be cleaned if requested.

Accessibility
There are 12 steps to reach the villa and then you are on the flat.
Outside
The pool is 9m x 4.5m and is solar heated, it is shared with the owners. The villa has an extensive patio, part of which is shaded providing an outside eating area with large wooden four chairs and four loungers.
Activities
Coast/Beach
A beach can be reached walking in 15 minutes. The wonderful beaches of Papagayo are 30 minutes drive away.
Golf
There is two established golf courses , Costa Teguise, and Puerto del Carmen.
