Casa Luca is a magnificent private and detached villa. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of which are en-suite) and an electrically heated pool (6m x 4m) for all year round warm swimming, with stunning sea and mountain views

Casa Luca has a king size master bedroom with en – suite and patio doors leading to a terrace situated on one side of the house.The double bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. The twin room situated on the other side of the house also has its own bathroom.

The design of this villa is particularly suitable for two couples sharing as it offers more 'space' and privacy.
It has a well equipped fully fitted kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and a washing machine which is situated in the utility room.
A luxurious lounge and dining room overlook the pool deck - Full Sky Satellite (with Sports & Moives) TV, DVD, video and CD players are provided for your enjoyment, along with a large selection of pre-recorded films.
A gas barbeque is situated by the pool deck for your use.
The electrically heated pool and garden area are walled and totally private; the villa is not overlooked at all and there are magnificent views of the sea and mountains.
