Villa Sol y Mar is a magnificent 3 bedroomed detached villa surrounded by a wall for complete privacy. It has a heated pool for all year round warm swimming and offers stunning views of the mountains and sea

Villa Solymar has a king size master bedroom with en-suite and patio doors leading to the pool deck, which is situated on one side of the house.

The twin and double rooms at the other side of the house share a large bathroom with bath and shower; all bedrooms have a sea view. The design of this villa is particularly suitable for two couples sharing as it offers more 'space' and privacy.

It has a well equipped fully fitted kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and a washing machine in the utility room opposite.

A luxurious lounge and dining room overlook the pool deck - Satellite TV, video and CD players are provided for your enjoyment, along with a large selection of pre-recorded films.

Villa Solymar also houses a full-size table-tennis facility, a gas BBQ and golf-putting accessories for your enjoyment.

The electrically heated pool and garden area are walled and totally private; the villa is not overlooked at all and there are magnificent views of the sea and mountains.
