‘Casa Amatris’ has a private 8m x 4m (26' x 13') solar and electrically heated swimming pool. Possibly unique to this house is the childproof safety cover which has been custom made for the pool. It is designed to take the weight of an adult falling on to it and is easily retracted and reinstated. With total peace of mind that your children are safe to play around the pool and garden you can enjoy relaxing in the sun. There is plenty of patio space for the loungers provided and a shaded veranda with table and chairs for dining whilst viewing the large garden with a wide variety of very beautiful and exotic plants. Inside, all the bedrooms and kitchen lead from the lounge and dining areas, with patio doors in the lounge and master bedroom overlooking the pool and terrace.

    • Casa Amatris has a large covered terrace area providing plenty of shade to sit outside and enjoy the weather without being in direct sun. There is a built-in barbeque to the side of the terrace and outdoor dining furniture for those nice balmy evenings where you can sit outside for your meal overlooking the pool and gardens.

    • Playa Blanca is a coastal resort and has a good range of water-based activities across its 3 main beaches. Playa Dorado offers jet skis, pedaloes, banana boat rides and also offers scuba diving tuition. The marina is a new development and the sailing school operates from here. The marina and Playa Flamingo are favourite fishing places but you can also see the locals fishing with their hands near the small village beach. 
    There is a long promenade that stretches from the lighthouse to the west of Plays Blanca through to the Marina at the east, and you often find people biking and jogging along here.  
    There are some excellent walks and we would recommend walking up Montana Roja and around the summit as this offers spectacular views across Playa Blanca and further out to Fuerteventura.
