Los Mojones is a high class residential suburb of Puerto Del Carmen which offers tranquility while still being within easy distance of local amenities. There are shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking distance and the main beach is only a 5 minute drive away. The airport is only ten minutes from this location. The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, dining room, entrance hall and it's own private pool which is heated for you during the winter.
The main open plan living area includes the lounge and dining room and also has entertainment facilities including satellite TV with English speaking stations, DVD, Hi-Fi and we have included a Playstation II and television in one of the bedrooms.
The ultra-modern fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room includes cooker, hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The villa has a separate area off the kitchen with washing machine and drying area.
