This 2-storey holiday home with private terraces is situated on the shoreline of a native fishing village in the peaceful northeast of the island far away from its touristic centres. The house matches the local building atmosphere of the island. A unique and exquisite experience of tourism: another way!
Casa Atlantico - Apartment B (Sleeps 2)
Approximately 70 sqm in size with a luxurious, uniquely furnished, fully en suite bedroom for two, with a comfort mattress on the large double-bed and a bathroom fitted with a "rain"-shower. The same fittings you will find in the separate extra bathroom as well.
Here the living area boasts some man-high panorama windows, a satellite television, DVD and CD player and for those who just can`t get enough of the outsides: a patio with breakfast table on the bay side with stairs leading to an approx. 85 sqm private roof terrace.
The kitchen is an Italian designer entity, sporting all the appliances and tools as mentioned above (Apartment A), and a comfy corner is set aside as dining space.
FURTHER DETAILS:
• The downstairs apartment A is fully suited to children, but the upstairs Apartment B would not be suitable to young children (ie.toddlers) because of the staircase layout and seeing as it can only accommodate two persons. It is politely requested that you, the visitor would please adhere to our strict non smoking and no pet policies. For both apartments wireless internet connection is available on request.
• Both Apartments have private sun terraces with a striking seaview, whereas Apartment B also includes an around 10 sqm sized patio for ie. painting, eating, lounging, etc.
• There is a natural rock-bound swimming pool approx. 150 metres near the apartments. Experience the foamy Atlantic waves here at high tide! At a walking distance of 20 minutes or by car 5 minutes, the nearby town of Arrieta boasts a roughly 1000 metre sheltered sand strand for either your swimming, body-boarding and even fishing pleasure.
• The town of Arrieta is approx. 2,5 km south and has both on the sea road and in the town, some fantastic local Spanish restaurants, serving everything from fresh fish to tortilla con gambas. The famous trapped lagoon "Jameos del Agua" and the caves "Cuevos de los Verdes" all form part of the same lava tube which flowed from the eastern flank of Mt.Corona 30.000 years ago and can be accessed via a 30 minute walk from the apartments!
