3 bedroom Villa with private heated swimming pool, poolside shower and sunbathing terrace. Set in walled grounds providing a private, secure, level paved courtyard for easy access and play area. Shaded Solana and BBQ. 10 min walk to beach, Old Town, harbour, restaurants and shops. 
 
Only 15 mins from the airport Villa Ana is centrally located but in a quiet residential area close to all amenities; including well stocked supermarket and within easy level walking distance of the Old Town, Harbour, restaurants and the beach.  
 
Master Bedroom: Double Bed with side tables & bedside lamps, Chest of drawers, Large fitted wardrobes, Juliet Balcony and sea views 
Bedroom 2: Two single beds with fitted wardrobes & furniture as Master 
Bedroom 3:Single bed with furniture as Bedroom 2 
 
Main bathroom with Bath/Shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet located on first floor. 
Second bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet located on ground floor. 
 
Fully Fitted Kitchen incorporating electric hob and built in microwave/oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, large fridge/freezer with ample crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a stone breakfast table and timber stools. 
 
Large sofa bed providing sleeping for 2 persons when required, 2 chairs, glass coffee table & side cabinet plus dining area with table & seating for 6. TV/DVD & CD/radio player, satellite. This room overlooks the front courtyard with opening patio doors. 
 
Solana area to rear which is roofed to provide shade and protection from the hot days to the rear of the property overlooking the swimming pool. Stone marble table and benches are provided for those long alfresco lunches. A BBQ is located to one side & there is also a washing machine and hot water heater. 
 
The villa has level access from the pavement outside and the front courtyard, sun terrace, swimming pool and solana area are all paved at level threshold with no steps into the front or rear of the property. There is a single downstairs bedroom with adjoining bathroom. 
 
Swimming pool and sun terrace: 
To the rear is the pool which adjoins the solana area and sunterrace to each side. The private, mosaic tiled pool is 7m x 3m and 1.3m to 1.8m depth at each end and is accessed by the Roman Steps to one side which invites you in from the sun terrace area which also has an outdoor shower to cool off in. The pool is solely for guests use and is electrically heated at additional cost. The sun terrace has a large teak table and matching chairs as well as 6 sun loungers for use. The solana area is shaded with stone marble table and matching benches overlooking the swimming pool and BBQ. 
 
Villa Ana is a short 10 minute walk from the beaches of Puerto Del Carmen with Playa Grande being the premier beach with a mile of golden sand and blue sea as well as the adjoining promenade with its popular restaurants, pubs and clubs. There are several dive centres set in and around the Old Town/Harbour which again is a 10 minute walk. 
 
Arrecife is a short 10 to 15 minute taxi drive away for between 12 to 15 euros, alternatively cars can be hired from the airport or locally. A car is not essential if staying local or prepared to travel by taxi/bus. If however you wish to explore more we recommend hiring a car for perhaps part of your holiday as we find this most efficient as time can be split between relaxing and sightseeing. 
 
Villa Ana is set in a quiet, central location of Puerto Del Carmen being accessible to both the new and old town. 
 
Puerto Del Carmen has some of the best facilities on Lanzarote including bicycle and quad bike hire, Go Karting and Horse riding, tennis courts-2 minute walk, scuba diving, boat, fishing, submarine and pleasure boats, jet skis and much more. Most are within a 10 minute walk or drive.

The area is well served with sporting activities; tennis courts, golf course, windsurfing, fishing, diving, sailing, water park, go Kart circuit, rancho and windsurfing. Sight seeing attractions; Timfanaya National Park, scientific volcano centre, museum of art, cactus gardens, Teguise market, numerous carnivals providing loads to do for adults and kids.

Prices shown are per week for 2 persons in UK Pounds. For 4 persons add £100 to prices shown. For 5 to 7 persons add £60 per person to 4 person rate. Electric pool heating is not included in price and is available from £45 per week. A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked is required in order to confirm the booking. Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation 50% will be non-refundable between 12-4 weeks prior to arrival and no refund will be given when less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 damage retainer deposit is required for 1 week and £300 for 2 weeks, this is refundable following a report of no damage to property, contents and return of keys by our local team. Linen and towels are changed weekly with sufficient towels provided for the week, but you will need to provide your own beach and pool towels.
