Paradise Found is located in the hillside behind Puerto Del Carmen. This beautiful, luxury villa is set in its own private grounds over 1100sq mtrs, surrounded by tropical garden in the quiet, prestigious residential area of Los Mojones. The villa is within a few minutes drive or ten minute walk of the main resort.

Interior

The villa is bright & spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard with all the facilities a superior villa offers the discerning guests. A large hallway opens into the spacious living area, which has sloping high ceilings, a feature fireplace and two sets of French/patio doors leading out onto the fabulous large terrace. It is well furnished with comfortable leather furniture and offers a selection of latest films on DVD, Videos, CD player & good stock of books to suit all which are supplied for guests’ enjoyment plus a full SKY package with several English channels’ is also available. Off the main hallway is an elegant dining room. The modern kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher and has a cosy family breakfast area with seating for 4, and outside access to a large utility area with a washing machine and drying facilities.
There are three very pretty bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The master suite consists of a well-appointed double bedroom with access to the pool/terrace area via French/patio doors there is also a dressing/nursery area, a walk in wardrobe & full en-suite bathroom with his/her basins and a marble roman style sunken bath. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds each enjoying their own bath en-suite. There is also a guest cloakroom & the villa is fully alarmed for your security (code supplied on arrival).

Exterior

The villa has extensive terraces surrounded by a bordered garden with colourful, sub-tropical plants. This area includes a fabulous, 9x4 metre heated swimming pool with patio furniture, comfortable sun-loungers, and an outside pool shower. For al fresco dining/entertainment there is a poolside bar with stools, fridge & BBQ. There is also the added luxury of a private 19-jet Jacuzzi spa. New for July 09, A Pagoda 4 mtrs X 3mtr.

    • The villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & localised shopping malls. It is only a few minute’s drive to the golf course or ten-minute walk to the picturesque Old Town Harbour with excellent choice of restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches & white sand of Puerto Del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.
