Villa Jersey, situated in "Los Mojones" a fine residential area of Puerto del Carmen, and only 15 minutes walking distance away from the hassle and bustle of the Old Port, the main beach and shopping area.  
A three bedroom, two bathroom villa. 126 m2. 
This spaciously built villa light and airy , perfect for a family of six but can accommodate up to seven persons, has been beautifully furnished with memorabilia from the Channel Island of Jersey. The interior and exterior furniture mostly teak was specially selected for this fine property. The accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms a large family bathroom with double washbasins and a further double bedroom, with (double bed) and an en- suite bathroom. 
 
Full Details, 
 
The large lounge with a dining area offers Books, CD's, DVD's plus (UBS port) for your entertainment and satellite TV (limited Eng. programs)a video and radio. You can also connect to the Internet here Via WIFI for a small weekly charge of £20 Pounds, but please order this with the villa reservation. The lounge overlooks the superb south-facing sun terrace with its private solar heated pool. A size-able kitchen with dining table, fully equipped with electric fan oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer. There is also, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Towels are provided including beach towels and a hair dryer, there is a mid-week towel change, but you are requested to launder your beach towels during a two week stay please. There is no need to bring a hairdryer we provide one for you. 
Outside the property you will find a delightful front garden with sub tropical plants and a large south facing terrace with a built-in barbecue. There are large comfortable sun loungers with thick cushions surrounding the solar heated roman style pool. If requested, in the cooler winter month the pool heating can be supplemented for a weekly charge of £80.00 Pounds. A garden wall encloses the entire property which gives you privacy and is making the villa child friendly. The villa has a carport, although the center of Puerto del Carmen is well within walking distance, we would however recommend that you hire a car if you wish to tour the island and its beauty spots, it will be much more economical. 
 
If you are interested to stay outside Puerto del Carmen away from the international tourism and still be within 5 minutes driving distance, in order to experience the "Real" Lanzarote, than we have a delightful property for you, called Casita Canaria.     • The newly open 18 hole golf course is only 5 minutes drive away. We have at the villa Ladies and Gentlemen golf clubs available.You only have to let us know in advance. If you wish to give your children a special treat, why not take them to the close theme park called Rancho Texas or to the Aqua park at Costa Teguise.

    Golf 
    There are 2 golf courses on Lanzarote. The first is in Costa Teguise, it is an 18 hole par 72 course and it takes 20 minuts drive to get there from Puerto del Carmen. It is situated at the base of Tahiche's long extinct volcano and is surrounded by 3000 palm trees and various other examples of the islands unusual flora. The course was opened in 1978 and the facilities include a golf academy, pro shop, club and buggy hire, restaurant and cafe. 
    There is also a brand new Golf course in Puerto del Carmen, it is barely 5 minutes drive from this property and has received very good reviews from those that have already played there.

    • Travel Info: A taxi from the airport will cost you about €15,00 Euro, but it is best to hire a car direct from the airport, although staying in Villa Jersey a car is not essential.

    All prices are quoted for two adults per week, any additional person pays £80,00 and children under 12 years of age pay £50,00 for the week In order to obtain a guaranteed reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the weeks rental and the final balance is not due until 5 weeks before your arrival in Lanzarote. Reservation of less than 6 weeks before arrival, require full payment in advance. "Early Bird" bookings of more than 6 month in advance and "last minute" bookings of less then one month attract a special discount at certain times of the year. Please check with us for special rates throughout the year. We also offer special prices for bookings longer than 3 weeks. Please note, a condition of booking this villa is that all members are covered by a travel insurance. We can not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to your property.
