Vacation Rental Description
2 bedroom ground floor apartment with small garden in the flat part of Puerto del Carmen. The apartment is fully equiped with a full kitchen and all utensils. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower along with a washing machine. Both bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans. There is a tv with a dvd player with a selection of dvds (there is satelite tv but this can be quite resricted in Lanzarote. The patio has a table with four chairs and umbrella. There are two swimming pools on the complex - one being a small one for children, sun beds are provided and there are spare umbrellas in the apartment for pool use.

    We charge £250 per week for 2 people extra occupants are charged at £25 per week. Extra days prices are £36 for 2 persons, £40 for 3 persons and £43 for 4 persons. We are flexible on arrival and departure days. Deposit is £100 per week at the time of booking with the remainder being due 6 weeks before departure along with a £20 refundable deposit for the keys. Last minute holidays require the full payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made by personal cheque, bankers draft or directly into our bank account.
